“Something Smells Wrong about the Latest ‘As The World Turns’ Stunt Casting”.

That is the title of the TV Weeks article by Jonathan Reiner. As The World Turns has added former General Hospital actor and veteran soap star, Stuart Damon for a role. Damon was released from his contract in the popula role of Alan Quartermaine, after his character was killed off. The firing cause fan uproar and as a result the actor gets occasionally called back in a recurring role as “ghost Alan” , his sister Tracy’s “conscience” when the story line allows.

The Emmy winning Damon, will reportedly play a mafioso on the CBS soap.
