Variety Magazine is reporting that Johnny Depp will be honor with a career achievement award from the Bahamas Film Festival. The festival will run from December 10-17 with Depp receiving his award from Sean Connery on December 13.

A three time academy award nominee, Depp will next be seen in Tim Burton’s “Alice in Wonderland” opening in March of 2010.
