Hollywood living legend, Peter O’Toole was just one of the stars helping salute Hollywood at TCM’s TCM Festival 2011.
During the 4 day weekend event all over Hollywood’s cinematic hotspots, O’Toole was honored by placing his hand and foot prints in the sidewalk in front of Grauman’s Chinese Theater. The historic theater was the host for many of the festivals film showings including “Spartacus,” “Breakfast at Tiffanys” and “Taxi Driver.”
The Oscar nominated O’Toole was all over the festival with a showing of “Becket” and a Q&A with festvsl host Robert Osbourne for a special to be shown on TCM.
O’Toole’s resume includes an impressive list: “My Favorite Year,” ” Lawrence of Arabia,” and “Goodbye Mr. Chips.”
Others in attendance to honor the festival’s great films were Debbie Reynolds, Warren Betty, Julie Andrews and Kirk Douglas.
