The new cast of “Dancing with the Stars: All Stars” were announced by ABC today. The new season has returning favorites from the past thirteen seasons and also with one twist. They are  Pamela Anderson, Kelly Monaco, Melissa Rycroft, Helio Castroneves, Drew Lachey, Bristol Palin, Apolo Anton-Ohno, and Kirstie Alley.
