“America’s Got Talent” has selected the Top 36 acts, which will include three Wild Cards, to compete for the $1 million grand prize. The July 26 telecast marked the beginning of “AGT’s” season 11 live performance shows at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood. The first 12 acts of the Top 36 took the stage to perform for America’s vote.
The results show on July 27, 7 acts were advanced and 5 were eliminated. Advancing to the semi-finals were Laura Bretan, Musicality, Jayna Brown, Jon Dorenbos, Tape Face, Lori Mae Hernandez, and Deadly Games. The five acts eliminated were Hara, Dorothy Williams, The Outlawz, Daniel Joyner, and Sila Sveta.

The next 12 of the Top 36 acts will perform on Tuesday, August 2. Viewers can choose their favorite act by phone, Facebook, on NBC.com, via Google (search “AGT”), and via the AGT app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Fans will also have the chance to save an act in jeopardy each week during Wednesday results shows via Google’s Instant Save.
