What a sad day for “Nashville.” Everything was fine – or so we thought. Rayna’s stalker had been identified and captured. Daphne was becoming a woman and even Maddie was less annoying. Rayna was safe – or so we thought.
Then the unthinkable happened. On the way home from the ordeal with the stalker, Rayna gets into a really bad car accident. Rayna was OK at first but, in medical terms, “pretty banged up.”
With all of her family around her, Rayna saw the ghost of her mother who was coming to bring her home.
There had been rumors for some time now that Connie Britton would be leaving the series that got a new life after it was canceled by ABC. Yesterday’s episode confirmed it.
