‘The Daily Show with Trevor Noah’ heads to Alabama for a week of shows

“The Daily Show with Trevor Noah” is trying something bold to improve their ratings in the state of Alabama.  According to a post-election study by The New York Times, no state liked The Daily Show less than conservative Alabama.  The Daily Show went to find out why. ” “Alabama Week” on The Daily Show with Trevor Noah begins tonight at 11:00 p.m. ET/PT.

“Alabama Week” will feature nightly segments shot on location in cities and towns across the state including Selma, Tuscaloosa, Huntsville, Mobile and Montgomery covering topics including history religion, politics and the great outdoors. Jordan Klepper, Desi Lydic, Hasan Minhaj and Alabama-native Roy Wood Jr. report.

“The Daily Show with Trevor Noah” airs Mondays-Thursdays at 11:00 p.m. ET/PT on Comedy Central and is available to stream the following day on thedailyshow.com and the Comedy Central App.
