CBS popular drama “The Bold and the Beautiful” recently celebrated its 30th Anniversary and shows no sign of slowing down. The world’s most watched soap opera was nominated for 23 Daytime Emmys and took home two of the night’s big acting awards for veteran actor Jim OHeir and for Scott Clifton.
Clifton, who plays Liam Spencer on the show, made Daytime Emmy history when he became the first actor to receive an Emmy in all three of the acting categories – Outstanding Younger Actor, Supporting Actor and now Lead Actor in a Drama Series.
The show also won awards for outstanding makeup and costume design which is fitting since the show centers around a fashion house in Los Angeles.
TVMusic Network caught up with the show’s executive producer and head writer, Bradley Bell to get his thoughts on the show’s continued success and here his thoughts on where he would like to get next. Check out the interview with Bell below.
