The Emmy award winning show “So You Think You Can Dance” returns for its 14th season, premiering on Monday, June 12 on FOX.
The new season also will feature returning host Cat Deeley judge Nigel Lythgoe and judge Mary Murphy with an additional judge to be announced soon.
This season, dancers between the ages of 18-30 will showcase their talents in various dance styles, including contemporary, tap, hip-hop, ballroom, animation, breaking and more. The Top 10 dancers will be paired up with All-Stars who will guide them throughout the competition as they compete for America’s votes and the title of America’s Favorite Dancer.
The Los Angeles auditions took place at The Orpheum Theatre. TV Music Networkwas on hand to view the auditions. We spoke with judge Nigel Lythgoe at the audition. Click on the video link to hear what Lythgoe had to say about auditions, all-stars and the show.
