The group BTS made their first USA red carpet debut when they walked the carpet doing interviews at the 2017 Billboard Music Awards. Fans of the band were lined up in the early morning to line up and get a glimpse of the band when they arrived at the arena,
BTS were nominated for top social artist competing against Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande and Shawn Mendes.
The K Pop global season won the award. “We still can’t believe we are here at the Billboard Music Awards”, they stated as they took the stage thanking their fans.
The group has spent 30 weeks at the top of Billboard’s social 50 chart, which ranks the most active artists on the world’s top social sites.
