HGTV is beginning production on the latest series from the “Flip or Flop” franchise, “Flip or Flop Paradise.” Currently slated for premiere in April 2018, the eight-episode series follows real estate investors and expert flippers David and Chenoa Rivera as they renovate rundown homes in the charming small town of Paradise, California.
“Paradise has tons of older homes that need a lot a love,” said Chenoa. “It’s a popular vacation spot that’s filled with outdated cabins, vacation rentals and bungalows that can be transformed into the perfect place to raise a family.”
HGTV’s popular series “Flip or Flop” started with Tarek and Christina El Moussa flipping houses in Southern California, already has expanded to include new duos and additional titles set in cities across the United States. “Flip or Flop Vegas” and “Flip or Flop Atlanta” both premiered this year, while “Flip or Flop Fort Worth” will premiere on Nov. 2, 2017. In addition to “Flip or Flop Paradise,” upcoming installments in the franchise include “Flip or Flop Nashville” and “Flip or Flop Chicago,” which will premiere in 2018.
