Laura is finally home! Genie Francis is returning to “General Hospital” and her first episode airs this Friday. The show released an exclusive sneak peek of this Friday’s episode which shows Laura returning home after an extended stay in Europe to tend to her grandson Spencer (Nicolas J. Bechtel). 

In the clip, we see her husband Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) open the door to her and is surprised to see her. What she doesn’t know is that’s not Kevin at all, but Ryan, Kevin’s evil serial killer twin brother. 

Ryan escaped from the mental hospital where he was being held and kidnapped Kevin to take his place. 

Is Ryan ready for Laura? How soon will she figure it out?
