After 16 seasons, Adam Levine is leaving “The Voice” and Gwen Stefani will step in for Season 17.
Coaches Blake Shelton, John Legend and Kelly Clarkson will be returning.
Carson Daily announced the news today and stated that Levine will always be a cherished member of The Voice family and they wish him nothing but the best.
This news comes after it was announced that all 4 coaches will be returning for Season 17.
Levine spent that last two seasons with none of his contestants making it into the finale.
During his run 16 seasons on the show, Adam had three wins: Javier Colon (Season 1), Tessanne Chin (Season 5), and Jordan Smith (Season 9).
Adam later shared his thoughts about his time on the show, via Instagram.
