Have you check out the Netflix series “Russian Doll?” The series follows a young woman named Nadia, played by Natasha Lyonne, who is on her journey as the guest of honor at a seemingly inescapable party one night in New York City.
“Russian Doll’s” costume designer, Jenn Rogien, is Emmy-nominated for her work on the series in the Outstanding Contemporary Costume Design category. Rogien, who previously worked on “Orange Is the New Black” and “Girls,” where she helped capture the look of New York in a realistic and stylish way.
TVMusic Network was invited to get a sneak preview of the FIDM’s Art of Television Costume Design Exhibition where Rogien had costumes on display from her Emmy nominated episode for “Russian Doll.”

The Creative Arts Emmys will be held on Saturday and Sunday, September 14 and 15 at the Microsoft Theater. Primetime Emmys will be televised live on Sunday, September 22 on Fox.
The Art of Television Costume Design Exhibition featuring more than 100 costumes from your favorite TV shows is on display from Tuesdays – Saturdays from 10 to 5 through October 22.
