Actor Chadwick Boseman dies of Cancer

Actor Chadwick Boseman, who starred in many iconic movie roles, including “Black Panther,” had died at the age of 43. The actor battled colon cancer since 2016 and died at home with his family and wife by his side, according to a statement posted on his Twitter account.

The news was announced on Boseman’s official Twitter ccount.

Boseman portrayed icons in African American history on screen, including Thurgood Marshall in “Marshall,” Jackie Robinson in “42,” and James Brown in “Get On Up.” During his battle, Boseman worked on “Captain America: Civil War,” “Marshall,” “Black Panther,” “Avengers: Infinity War,” “Avengers: Endgame,” “21 Bridges” and Spike Lee’s “Da 5 Bloods.”
