“The Masked Dancer” sent another celebrity home as the show who is the “little” sister to “The Masked Singer” whines the contestants down to the “Top Five,” in its first season.
In front of panelists Ashley Tisdale, Brian Austin Green, Paul Abdul, and Ken Jeoung, host Craig Robinson and guest judge Whitney Cummings watched as Tulip, Exotic Bird, Sloth, Cotton Candy, Hammerhead and Zebra and all performed.
At the end of the night, the Hammerhead shark was sent home. Hammerhead turned out to be MTV personality Vinny Guadgnino from the breakout series “Jersey Shore.”
The panelists were on the right track with their guesses. They guessed Vinny’s co-stars Mike and Pauly D but in the end, the clues led them to Vinny.
Vinny’s clues:
He has a residency in Las Vegas where he DJs. The map of the New Jersey area was a nod to the show that made him a household name.
Vinny ripping off his shirt during one of his performances, it was a nod to the DJ’s Chippendale’s residency.
Next week, the show continues when the Top 5 compete in front of our panelists. “Call Me Kat’s” Mayim Bialik joins the show as guest panelists and one more celebrity will be unmasked when “The Masked Dancer” airs Wednesdays on FOX.
