Netflix has released the first trailer for Thunder Force starring Melissa McCarthy and Octavia Spencer. Here’s the logline: In a world where supervillains are commonplace, two estranged childhood best friends reunite after one devises a treatment that gives them powers to protect their city.

Thunder Force is an upcoming American superhero comedy film written and directed by Ben Falcone. Starring Melissa McCarthy, Octavia Spencer, Jason Bateman, Bobby Cannavale, Pom Klementieff, Kevin Dunn, and Melissa Leo, the film will be released by Netflix on April 9, 2021.
