The BAFTA Awards will be broadcast on February 19. This year’s hosts are Richard E. Grant and Alison Hammond. You’ll go behind the curtain with access all areas from our new backstage studio as we celebrate the last year in film live from the Royal Festival Hall. Little Simz has also been announced as a musical performer on the night.
Costume designer Sandy Powell will be awarded a Fellowship at this year’s EE BAFTA Film Awards.
She is the first costume designer to be awarded the BAFTA Fellowship. Her extensive body of work spans period films from The Favourite and Shakespeare in Love to fantasy productions including “Mary Poppins Returns” and “Cinderella,” to “Wolf of Wall Street”, “The Irishman,” and “Velvet Goldmine.”
