Madonna has officially postponed her Celebration Tour that was scheduled to begin next week. The signer was hospitalized last month and is “on the road to recovery.” “My first thought when I woke up in the hospital was my children,” she in a statement on Twitter and Instagram. “My second thought was that I did not want to disappoint anyone who bought tickets for my tour.”

Live Nation confirmed that all the North American dates of Madonna’s tour have been postponed. Fans are encouraged to hold onto their tickets as they will be valid for the new dates once announced.
