Bope fans rejoice! One of Salem’s most popular supercouples is set to return to “Days of our Lives.” Peter Reckell and Kristian Alfonso are back filming at “Days of our Lives” as Bo and Hope for a May 2025 debut. The news was first shared by Stephanie Sloane of TV Insider. A picture of the actors on set was shared and also posted on Alfonso’s Instagram account.
“Just like riding a bike,” Reckell said the announcement. “And thank goodness they keep one at the ready for me in Salem. This ride is one we know the fans are really going to love. Stay tuned!”
Alfonso added “There is a saying I love: ‘Life takes you to unexpected places but love always brings you home,’” she shares. “Anyone who knows me knows how grateful I am to have all of you supporting me and welcoming me back when I’m back in Salem. These episodes with Pete will not disappoint.”
They last appeared on the show in 2022. Alfonso briefly returned in 2024 for the funeral of Hope’s TV dad Doug, played by the late Bill Hayes.
