“The Masked Singer” celebrated the Thanksgiving holiday with a special episode where there was a dual elimination. The Peanuts Gang from Knotts Berry Farm were on hand to join Host Nick Cannon, and panelists Robin Thicke, Rita Ora, Ken Jeong, and Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg as the final contestants from Group C went into competition.
At the end of the night The Royal Knight and Sherlock Hound were both eliminated.
The Royal Knight sung “Holiday” by Madonna. Her clue was she’s written a bestselling memoir. The final guesses for the contestants were, Rita – Anna Farris, Robin – Busy Phillips, and Jenny – Jana Kramer. Royal Knight turned out to be actress and singer Jana Kramer, so Jenny guessed correctly.
Sherlock Hound – sung “Ho, Hey” by The Lumineers. The major clue was an oven mitt that said “Pitch Perfect” on it. The panelists guesses were Robin and Ken guessed Bronson Arroyo, Rita – Anthony Kiedis from Red Hot Chili Peppers or Hozier, Jenny guessed Scott Stapp of Creed and was ultimately sent home. Sherlock Hound turned out to be former baseball player Bronson Arroyo.
Strawberry Shortcake who sang “I Hope You Dance” by Lee Ann Womack, was the night’s winner and will move to compete next week against the winners of Group A and Group B. The remaining contestants are Goo, Wasp, Buffalo, and Strawberry Shortcake.
