NAMM 13: TEC Awards recognize 'Breaking Bad', 'Grammy Awards Broadcast'

The 28th Annual Technical Excellence & Creativity Awards, presented by the TEC Foundation for Excellence in Audio and NAMM, was held during the NAMM Convention on Friday, January 25, 2013 at the 2013 NAMM Show in Anaheim, CA.

The show handed out more than 25 awards to the year’s finest equipment in audio technology and sound production.

Pete Townshend of The Who received the Les Paul Award and the TEC Awards Hall of Fame induction went to Record Plant Recording Studio President Rose Mann Cherney and singer/songwriter John Sebastian, founder of The Lovin’ Spoonful hosted the night’s ceremony.

Some of the winners of the awards included such TV Shows as the 54th Grammys Broadcast and “The Walking Dead.”
