Dwayne Johnson is putting his brand on a number of television and movie projects in recent years. The actor and producer will executive produce the next series on Fuse entitled “Clash of the Corps.”
Johnson will host the series’ premiere episode on his official Facebook page (www.facebook.com/DwayneJohnson), as part of a Facebook Live viewing event for his over 56 million fans on Tuesday, October 4 at 10 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. PT.
The two-episode season premiere of “Clash of the Corps” debuts on Fuse on Wednesday, October 5 at 11 p.m ET/PT. The 8-part half-hour docu-series promises to provide a behind the scenes look at the International Drum Corps event – Drum Corps International’s “Marching Music’s Major League.”
“Clash of the Corps” follows DCI’s two most historically successful corps, the Cadets from Pennsylvania and the Blue Devils from Northern California, who for the last 20 years, have been battling it out for the World Championship title.
The Facebook Live event will also include a special introduction from Johnson and marks Fuse’s debut into a new programming platform.
Clash of the Corps Facebook Live event and Fuse premiere will be promoted by @Fusetv on all social channels as well as Johnson’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts.
