The NAACP Image Awards will be held this evening in Los Angeles. The two-hour star-studded event hosted by Anthony Anderson, which will broadcast LIVE on TV ONE on Saturday, February 11th, as a two-hour special. A 90-minute pre-show will air live from the red carpet at before on TV One.
Beyoncé has the most nominations with 7 nods while her sister, Solange Knowles, received 5 nominations. Other multiple nominees include Chance the Rapper and Kendrick Lamar who each received 4 nominations, while Donald Glover and Nate Parker both received nominations for 3 awards. Beyonce and Chance the Rapper are candidates for Entertainer of the Year along with Viola Davis, Regina King, and Dwayne Johnson is among the nominees.
Lonnie Chavis portrays young Randall on “This Is Us.” The show is nominated for multiple awards and Chavis is nominated for this work on the show.
