“The Bold and the Beautiful” received a total of 23 Emmy nominations’ this year, taking home 5 awards. The show received a special tribute at this year’s ceremony to celebrate 30 years on the air that was introduced by the soap’s original cast members Katherine Kelly Lang and John McCook.
The show is the most-watched soap opera in the world watched by 35 million viewers daily in more than 100 countries.
Reign Edwards, who plays Nicole Avant on the show, was nominated in the younger actress acting category for the second year in a row. The talented actress also sang one of the show’s nominated songs, “These Are the Moments” to support the storyline of Nicole giving birth to Rick and Maya’s baby.
TVMusic Network caught up with Edwards on the Daytime Emmys Red Carpet before hand. Check out the interview below.
