“General Hospital” recently scored a casting coup when Steve Burton returned to the show last month. As “Patient 6,” Burton is showing many of his signature moves as his character makes his journey home to Port Charles. Burton exited “General Hospital” five years ago and is excited to be back.
The actor talked to Tampa Bay’s “Morning Blend” about his return and about interacting with the shows passionate fans. Check out the video interview below.
Steve Burton is best known for his portrayal of Jason Morgan on “General Hospital” from 1991 to 2012 and Dylan McAvoy on “The Young and the Restless” from 2013 to 2017. He is a five-time Daytime Emmy Award nominee, and in 1998 won his first Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in “General Hospital.”
