The Daytime Emmy-nominated and ISA winning series “Giants” premieres Sunday, April 7 on Cleo TV.
Created by James Bland, and starring James Bland and Vanessa Baden Kelly, “Giants” is a coming-of-adulthood drama originally streamed on “Insecure” creator Issa Rae’s YouTube channel. Watch the season one premiere and follow the lives of three Black millennials each battling their own inner giants as they approach the age of 30. Unable to escape conflicts of identity, sexuality and mental health – each character reaches a sobering turning point that leads them on a quest for self-acceptance, stability and a sense of greater purpose.
The series airs on Sundays at 9 a.m. ET with an encore at 7 p.m. ET.
“Giants” was the winner of Best Drama Series at the 10th Annual Indie Series Awards and is Emmy nominated for Outstanding Digital Daytime Drama Series at the upcoming Daytime Emmy Awards on May 5.
