“‘Saturday Night Live” held their live show with actress/director Regina King as host and Nathaniel Rateliff as musical guest. King, who directed the critically acclaimed “One Night in Miami,” mastered a number of characters during the 90-minute show in sketches about Gorilla Glue, a 70’s singing diva and a insensitive suburban housewife attending a birthday party.
Nathaniel Rateliff filled on the live music spot nicely with his first song, Redemption which was written for in featured in the new Apple TV movie, “Palmer,” starring Justin Timberlake. For his second song, Nathaniel with his band The Night Sweats for a live rendition of “A Little Honey.”
