It was TV theme night on tonight’s episode of “The Masked Singer.” The show bought out three new contestants to compete against the reigning Queen of the season, the Harp. Lights, camera, action! This week’s episode is full of nostalgia as two new celebrity singers enter the competition and perform iconic theme songs from TV shows throughout history.
The stakes are higher than ever as the crowning King or Queen of the episode will head straight to the semifinals. The trio-act the Mummies and the Fortune Teller competed with the Harp. At the end of the hour, Harp continued her dominance of the “Masked Singer” stage, winning the evening’s challenges and is on her way to the semi-finals, with the Mummies and the Fortune Teller unmasking and going home.
The Fortune Teller turned out to be “Shark Tank” personality Daymond John. The Mummies turned out to be the boys half of the iconic TV show “The Brady Bunch,” Mike Lookinland (Bobby), Barry Williams (Greg) and Christopher Knight (Peter).
The Season Eight contestants boast a combined 32 Grammy Nominations, 16 Emmy Wins, 8 Gold Albums, 4 Golden Globe Nominations, 42 Books, 10 Teen Choice Awards, and 5 Stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Play along with host Nick Cannon and celebrity panelists Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg, Nicole Scherzinger and Robin Thicke. Two new characters enter the game and two will be unmasked in the all-new “TV Theme Night.”
“The Masked Singer” airs Wednesdays at 8:00-9:02 PM ET/PT on FOX.
