‘General Hospital’: 60th Anniversary Cast Photo

The entire cast of “General Hospital” got together to celebrate 60 years on the air with a special cast photo as celebrated by People.com.

The record Emmy-winning series will be turning 60 on April 1st and will bring back the iconic Nurses Ball and will also air a special episode on Wednesday, March 29 featuring Ephiphany Johnson played by Sonya Eddy who recently passed away.

“It’s incredibly rewarding and humbling to be a part of this amazing legacy,” executive producer Frank Valentini told PEOPLE. “When I look back at our show’s 60 years, I can’t help but think of how much time and effort goes into making just one episode of television. Our cast and crew are some of the hardest working people in this industry, putting in long hours in order to make the best possible show we can.”
