It was 2000s night on Fox’s “The Masked Singer.” Superstar Jewel, Season 6 Winner and Queen of Hearts, opened the show with a performance of her song, “Standing Still.”
It was the last night of Group A to compete. Pickle, Smore, Cow, and Gazelle all sang songs from the 2000s and the panelists all guessed who they thought it would be. *NYSCer Lance Bass and actress Kate Flannery provided the night’s clues and the guesses ranged from Ashley Tisdale, Mandy Moore, Ne-Yo, and Conan O’Brien.
At the end of the night, Pickle was the one who was unmasked. Pickle turned out to be actor Michael Rapaport.
Next week, a whole new set of contestants compete when Group B takes the stage for their chance to sing. The show gives a nod to Elton John with a night devoted to the Oscar-winning superstar.
Upcoming for Season 10, three incredible groups and special Battle Royale semi-final episodes. With sixteen total celebrity singers, season ten boasts amazingly intricate new costumes including “Donut,” “Anteater,” “Hawk,” “Hibiscus,” “Rubber Ducky,” “Cow,” “Diver,” “Gazelle” and a life-size “S’More!” Tonight’s episode takes a trip down memory lane with 2000s Night.
