“The Golden Globe Awards” were held on Sunday night in Beverly Hills. The show aired for the first time on CBS after a year off after a long run on NBC.
“Oppenheimer” dominated the night with a total of five wins, including Best Picture Drama, Best Actor Cillian Murphy, and Best Supporting Actor Robert Downey Jr.
“Succession” took home awards for Best Drama Series, Best Actor Drama for Kieran Culkin, Best Actress for Sarah Snook and Best Supporting Actor for Matthew Macfadyen. In the comedy category, “The Bear” took home Best Comedy Series, and Best Actor and Best Actress for its stars Jeremy Allen White and Ayo Edebiri.
