Production is officially underway for the upcoming “Superman” movie with James Gunn at the helm. Gunn revealed the first look at Superman’s suit and revealed that the movie’s title will now be called “Superman,” a change from “Superman: Legacy” when it was first announced.
Gunn took to Instagram to share the news.
In an earlier post, Gunn shared a selfie of the cast after one of the early table reads.
This version of “Superman,” tells the story of the caped crusader’s journey to reconcile his Kryptonian heritage with his human upbringing as Clark Kent of Smallville, Kansas. He is the embodiment of truth, justice and the American way, guided by human kindness in a world that sees kindness as old-fashioned.
The “Superman” stars David Corenswet, Rachel Bronahan, Nicholas Hoult, Nathan Fillion, Wendell Pierce and Skyler Gabriela.
