One Chicago: ‘Chicago Med,’ ‘Chicago Fire,’ and ‘Chicago P.D.’ renewed by NBC

NBC has renewed its Wolf Wednesday dramas “Chicago Med,” “Chicago Fire,” and “Chicago P.D.” for the 2024-25 season.

Chicago Fire

Chicago Fire is in Season 12 and looks into the professional and personal lives of the firefighters and paramedics of Firehouse 51 as they risk their lives every day to save and protect the citizens of Chicago.

The series stars Taylor Kinney, David Eigenberg, Miranda Rae Mayo, Eamonn Walker, Kara Killmer Christian Stolte, Joe Minoso, Daniel Kyri, and Hanako Greensmith.

Chicago Med

“Chicago Med” is an emotional thrill ride through the day-to-day chaos of the city’s newest state-of-the-art trauma center and into the lives of the courageous doctors, nurses and staff who hold it all together. The series stars Dr. Daniel Charles (Oliver Platt) remains the Sherlock Holmes of psychiatry and his past resurfaces with the addition of Dr. Mitch Ripley (Luke Mitchell), who joins the team as the new E.D. doctor and brings their complicated medical relationship from years ago back to the present. Also stars S. Epatha Merkerson, Steven Weber, Marlyne Barrett, Dominic Rains, and Jessy Schram.

From multiple Emmy Award-winning executive producer Dick Wolf and the team behind the hit series “Chicago Fire” and “Chicago Med,” “Chicago P.D.” is a riveting police drama about the men and women of the Chicago Police Department’s elite Intelligence Unit, combatting the city’s most heinous offenses – organized crime, drug trafficking, high-profile murders and beyond. Its Season 9 for the series.
