“Saturday Night Live” had its Christmas show and the last show of 2022 with “Elvis” star Austin Butler and Lizzo as musical guest. The Grammy-winning singer marked her third appearance on the sketch series, singing “Break Up Twice” from her album “Special.”
Lizzo also had a cameo in the Please Don’t Destroy short as the girlfriend of one of the players. She then returned to help celebrate Christmas, singing Stevie Wonder’s “Someday At Christmas.”
Tonight also marked the last day of fan-favorite cast member Cecily Strong who is leaving the show after 11 seasons.
