The Top Four Finalists of “American Idol” were revealed – Hollie Cavanagh, Joshua Ledet, Phillip Phillips and Jessica Sanchez. One of them will be crowned the next “American Idol.” After America cast a season-high of nearly 60 million votes for their favorite finalists, it also was revealed that Skylar Laine had received the fewest number of votes and was eliminated from the competition.
On Wednesday’s performance show the song choices were the first song was the 60s and then the second choice was from a British artist.
Steve Van Zandt was the guest mentor. Skylar Laine performed “Fortunate Son” by Creedance Clearwater Revival and “You Don’t Have to Say You Love Me” by Dusty Springfield.
