The Voice” is back for an all-new season that promises some fresh and exciting changes with new coaches Miley Cyrus and Alicia Keys joining Adam Levine and Blake Shelton in their quest to find the next winner of “The Voice.”

Both Keys and Cyrus are sure to give the veteran coaches a run for their money as they don’t hold back on their try to build the strongest team possible.

“My strategy is about showcasing a variety of talented people,” said 15- time Grammy winner Alicia Keys. “I’ve learned that no matter what level you are, there’s a constant evolution that we’re all going through.  And it’s kind of the most awesome part of the whole thing.”

Cyrus expresses the same passion and hopes that whoever she mentors will be the ultimate winner.

For me, it’s not about which one of us wins, it’s about the artist winning,” Cyrus said. “I think I have found a new love for myself through these artists.”
