The 85th annual Hollywood Christmas Parade kicked off the official start of the holiday season with its traditional route down Hollywood and Sunset Boulevards with Olivia Newton-John serving as this year’s grand marshal.

“The Bold and the Beautiful,” cast members Katherine Kelly Lang and John McCook and the cast celebrated the 30th Anniversary season with a parade appearance which will air on The CW Network and Hallmark Movies and Mystery Channel next month.

Viewers can catch the televised version of the parade when it is broadcast as a two-hour special on The CW Network on Friday, December 16th at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT and on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Channel on Wednesday, December 21st at 3:00 p.m. ET/PT.

Joining Lang and McCook on the special parade bus were their “The Bold and the Beautiful” cast mates, Anthony Turpel, Darin Brooks, Jacqueline MacInnes Wood, Jennifer Gareis, Karla Moseley, Kelly Kruger, Dick Christie, Scott Clifton and Winsor Harmon.

TVMusic Network got a chance to chat with Lang before the parade where she talked about her family’s holiday traditions, and about the table read of the first “The Bold and the Beautiful” script at the Paley Center event.
