The 44th annual Daytime Emmy Awards were held last week in Los Angeles. ABC’s long-running soap “General Hospital” took home a total of 5 awards, including directing and the younger actress and your actor awards for Bryan Craig and Lexi Ainsworth who play Morgan and Kristina Corinthos.
TVMusic Networkcaught up with Ainsworth at the nominations reception ahead of her big win to get her thoughts on her nomination. On “General Hospital,” Kristina announced to her parents that she was attracted to both men and women. The storyline was very powerful and is one that Ainsworth hopes that the show will continue to explore.
