It was a year of repeats at this year’s Daytime Emmy Awards for the Amazon Digital Series, “The Bay: The Series.” The series swept the Digital Daytime Drama Series Top 3 categories.
The series won Outstanding Digital Drama Series and Outstanding Lead Actress and Outstanding Lead Actor in a Digital Drama Series for Mary Beth Evans and Kristos Andrews for the second year in a row.
Carolyn Hennesy and Nicolas Coster also won in the newly created Supporting Actress and Supporting Actor in a Digital Drama Series categories for “The Bay: The Series.”
TVMusic Network was on the Red Carpet and talked to Andrews about his groundbreaking Emmy win, “The Bay: The Series” and his other project, “This Just In” airing Saturday mornings on Pop.
