CBS is continuing to set up their Summer and Fall programming and had canceled “Scorpion,” “Kevin Can Wait,” and “Superior Donuts.”
CBS has canceled its Kevin James-led comedy “Kevin Can Wait” after two seasons. The show, which created noise with a major casting change when Leah Rimini was cast, starred Kevin James as a retired police officer.
Executive producer Andy Fickman broke the news on Instagram:
“Superior Donuts” starred Judd Hirsh and Jerome Flower and was centered around Arthur, the owner of a small donut shop that’s located in a quickly gentrifying Chicago neighborhood, and his new and only employee Franco.
