CBS’s “The Talk” kicked off Season 10 today with a new line up, and a brand new set. The Emmy-winning show is now hosted by Sharon Osbourne, Sheryl Underwood, Eve, Carrie Ann Inaba and Marie Osmond.
The premiere show had Osmond sharing about her life and how people feel about sharing pictures and posts about her children, including her son’s suicide and her daughter’s wedding.
“You can say what you want about me, but when they start attacking your children or your family… for example, when my son died, I chose to go to work a week after his funeral, ” Osmond said. ”
And the people were so cruel, because of me choosing to show my children they had to keep living,” says Osmond. “It hurt my children more than anything. Another thing recently, my daughter is gay, and I went to her wedding. She just got married. And people were shaming me because of supporting my daughter. And you know, the thing is, you should never shame anyone, especially for loving your child.”
