NAACP IMAGE AWARDS: COMPLETE WINNERS LIST

Just Mercy takes home the NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Motion Picture

The 51st NAACP Image Awards were handed out this weekend in Los Angeles. Broadcast live for the first time on BET, the show was hosted by Anthony Anderson who took home an award for his role in the comedy series “black-ish.” The ABC series took home a total of six awards, including Best Comedy Series.

The night’s big winner turned out to be the movie “Just Mercy.” The movie took home awards for Outstanding Motion Picture, Actor and Supporting Actor for Michael B. Jordan and Jamie Foxx respectively.

15-year-old Marsai Martin is proving to be a force in the business, taking home Image awards for both her roles, in the comedy series ‘black-ish” and the motion picture “Little,” which she executive produced.
