On TV Tonight for Monday, August 3, 2026, is “Dancing with the Stars: The Next Pro” airs an all new episode on ABC.

In the 4th episode entitled “Bring on the Intensity: Chemistry with Jenna Johnson,” the remaining dancers take on the Chemistry Challenge with guest judge Jenna Johnson.

The remaining dancers are Adele, AJ, Stephanie, Tristan, Allen, Nina, Erick and Selena. Dancers that have been eliminated so far are:

Week 1 – double elimination Briar and Jake. In the first episode, the challenge is the group dance that is a staple of the show. The dancers were paired guys and then girls…each alternating and then coming together in unison. Synchronicity is important and both dancers were eliminated for their technique that wasn’t quite up to pro level.

Week 2 – Benji. Benji was eliminated during the storytelling challenge. Ultimately judges Mark and Shirley were confused by the message of his story and Benji later admitted to clashing with dance partner Nina.

Week 3 – Natalie. Natalie was forced to eliminate the competition due to injury.

From the sneak peek, the confirmed pairs are Adele and AJ, Stephanie and Tristan, Allen and Nina, Erik and Selena.
