The Jonas Brothers will be hosting the upcoming Teen Choice Awards. Fox will tape the show on Sunday, August 9 in Los Angeles and broadcast it the following day on August 10.
Samuel L. Jackson will be hosting the ESPY Awards tonight, July 15 at the Nokia Theatre. The ESPYS which honors excellence in sports, are taped live and will be telecast on Sunday July 19 at 9.
Kathy Griffin has been selected to host the Prime Time Creative Arts Emmy Awards. The two-time Emmy winner, best known for her Bravo series “My Life on the D-List”, will host the annual event on Sept. 12 at the Nokia Theatre. E! will telecast the event as a two-hour special.
Alex Trebek, the Emmy winning host of Jeopardy!, is slated to host the Daytime Emmys Creative Arts Awards. They will be held on Saturday, August 29 in Los Angeles.
Vanessa Williams will be the host of the Daytime Emmy Awards to be broadcast on the CW on Sunday August 30th at 8pm. For the first time ever, the show will not be shown on the three main networks and it will telecast live instead of being taped delayed. The show will also feature a wider variety of presenters from all genres of daytime television, including Dr. Travis Stork of The Doctors.
Russell Brand returns for a second time as host for the MTV Video Music Awards. The show will air live on Sunday, September 13 from various locations in New York. Center stage will be Radio City Music Hall.
Neil Patrick Harris is officially confirmed as host of the Primetime Emmys at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles. Harris, fresh off of a successful Tonys hosting gig, will returning to the podium once again for the network. The Emmys air on CBS on Sunday, September 20.
