2010 Namm Show: John Lennon Bus host live concerts during 4 day music convention

The NAMM Show will host a number of performances on the John Lennon Tour Bus. At 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, at the Wanna Play Lennon Bus Stage at the Arena Plaza, Yoko Ono, Quincy Jones and a host of other celebrities will show their support for music education and The John Lennon Educational Tour Bus in 2010—the year that would have been Lennon’s 70th birthday and 30th anniversary of his death.

Other events to be held during the weekend include a tribute to Industry Leaders Lost, featuring guitarist Doyle Dykes and the L.A. Scots, a concert from The Mark Wood Orchestra featuring Jesse Spencer from FOX’s House, Celtic Music Band the Wicked Tinkers leading up to an all-star NAMM Icon Jam with Alan White, Lee Oskar, Liberty DeVito, Peter Tork and more.

The 2010 NAMM Show runs from January 14-January 17.
