“Covert Affairs” returns to USA for its third season on July 10th. The new season opens after Annie’s mission in Stockholm turned deadly and she returns to the one person who has always been there for her – Auggie. However, his mind is elsewhere as he sets out to follow his new girlfriend to Eritrea and leaves Annie wondering if her feelings run deeper than she thought.
The series stars Piper Perabo, Christopher Gorham, Kari Matchett, Anne Dudek, Sendhil Ramamurthy and Peter Gallagher.
Spotlight-On-Entertainment, in conjunction with LA Music Examiner caught up with Kari Matcett, who plays Joan. The actress talked about her hiatus from the show and she previewed season three.
