Wendy Williams Show renewed through 2020

“The Wendy Williams Show” has been renewed through the 19-20 television season. The hit talk show has maintained a solid lead in the key 25-54 demo.

Frank Cicha, Senior Vice President of Programming, FOX Television Stations, said in a statement. “It’s for three more years? I thought it was longer!”

“We are truly grateful,” added Wendy Williams. “Let’s get it!”

“The Wendy Williams Show,” which is taped live in New York, egan as a summer test on the FOX stations in 2008 and went into national syndication in fall 2009. It has had first-place finishes during the November 2015 sweeps on the FOX stations in New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., Atlanta, Houston, Phoenix, Detroit and Orlando, a streak that also extends to many medium- and smaller-sized markets.
