FOX’s new drama “Pitch” screenings at baseball stadiums around the country called “‘Pitch Night as the Ball Park.” The new FOX drama will pre-screen for ticket holders at 55 baseball venues, including 43 Minor League Baseball Stadiums, in August and September
FOX has teamed up with Access Sports Media for “Pitch Night at the Ballpark,” an event that will bring the premiere episode of “Pitch” to ticket holders at baseball venues nationwide.
The show premieres Thursday, Sept. 22 at 9:00 p.m. on FOX, and follows the fictional story of Ginny Baker, the first female pitcher in the big leagues. Kylie Bunbury stars. The show is produced in association with Major League Baseball.
“PITCH Night at the Ballpark” will be held in 43 different Minor League stadiums and 12 independent and college summer league ballparks across the country during the months of August and September. After the regularly scheduled games, ticket holders will be welcomed onto the field for various events, such as Kids Run the Bases, T-shirt tosses, player meet-and-greets, autograph sessions and more. Following these family-friendly events, fans will have the opportunity to screen the pilot episode of PITCH on the centerfield scoreboard, while enjoying free snacks and relaxing in the outfield.
Access Sports Media represents advertising on concourse screens in MLB, NBA, NHL and NFL venues across the country, working with major advertisers who want to reach the upscale, active audience that attends live professional sporting events. Access’ video network is measured by Nielsen and allows advertisers to compare against other video platforms on a CPM and audience basis. Access Sports continues to expand its portfolio of assets, specifically new growth opportunities centered on golf, soccer, tennis, live music and other entertainment properties.
