‘Dancing With the Stars’: Derek and Julianne Hough return for Season 23

Popular “Dancing With the Stars” pros dancers, Derek and Julianne Hough, are returning to the show for the upcoming 23rd season, E! News reports. Derek will return as a pro and Julianne will once again be holding scoring paddles as a judge.

The complete list of pros and celebrity contestants lineup will be revealed on “Good Morning America” on Tuesday.

Each of the Hough siblings are popular figures on the show with Derek winning the Mirrorball Trophies  and championship a record six times. Julianne has won a number of times as well, once with race car driving sensation Helio Castroneves. This season will mark Julianne’s third season as a judge after sitting out last season. 

Both Derek and Julianne will stay busy, pulling double duty with Derek set to appear in NBC’s “Hairspray Live!” this fall.

Returning pros for Season 23 are Maksim and Val Chmerkovskiy, Gleb Savchenko, Witney Carson, Artem Chigvintsev, Jenna Johnson, Sharna Burgess, Lindsay Arnold and Sasha Farber. 

Rumored celeb dancers are Amber Rose, Maureen McCormack, Simone Biles, Ryan Lochte, Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds, and Jake T. Austin.

The “Dancing With the Stars” Season 23 premieres Monday, September. 12 at 8:00 p.m. on ABC.
